Helen Loveridge - Preschool Manager
Helen is the Pre-School Manager, carrying out this role for the last 5 years and has a diploma in nursery nursing as well as an NVQ Level 3 in care and promoting care practice. She has 11 years experience in Social Services. Helen works four days a week at the preschool. Helen is the Safeguarding lead, paediatric first aider, SENCO, and keyworks a group of children.
Lesley Sandell - Deputy Manager
Lesley is a Level 6 Early years professional ( degree in early childhood studies), she also has an NVQ level 3 in early years care and education.
Lesley has a wealth of experience of working in Preschools and Nursery’s and at Winterslow Lesley works three days a week and she is also the deputy safeguarding lead, Paediatric first aider, Health and safety officer and keyworks a small group of children.
Bank Staff
Alison Phipps, Helen James and Christine Jewell are the Preschools three Bank staff who will work if needed, when staff are sick or on training courses or extra staffing is needed for trips etc.
Kevin Cook - Unqualified early years assistant
Kevin joined the Preschool In December 2022. Kevin works four days a week and is doing a level 3 apprenticeship at the Preschool to become a qualified Childcare practitioner.
