Water play

Wow, our first week back to Preschool was a very hot one! It did mean that we could do lots of water play in the garden. But that was only in the mornings as it was just too hot to be outside in the afternoons for long. So story time, and creative playful fun was taking place in the afternoons.

We welcomed some new children last week too. We are enjoying getting to know all of them and finding out their likes and interests. They are all making their own family trees this week so we can find out who is in their families, including the animals, and we are going to make a friendship wreath with all the childrens handprints on which we will hang up in the preschool room for everyone to see.
