Summer Holiday club

We had a two week holiday club over the Summer. It was a great success and was very well attended by children from age 2 up to 11 years old. As we were based at Winterslow Primary school we were able to access the recreation ground and the plantation most days to play on the apparatus and build dens in the woods. At the club the children did lots of crafts, including painting suncatchers, sticky dot pictures. made flying birds and loom band bracelets. There was lots of playground fun with games of tennis, Hockey and riding on scooters and imaginative play in the adventure play area.

It was lovely to welcome children who don’t attend the village Preschool or school so it gave the children opportunities to make new friends.
