Life Cycles

The children have been learning about life cycles so far this term. This includes the life cycle of a Butterfly, a Bee, an Ant, a Frog and life cycles of plants. They all planted a runner bean at preschool and as it began to sprout they took it home. We have enjoyed getting updates on how the runner bean plants are growing and the children have been learning that they need sun and water to help them grow.

There are some beautiful blossom trees in the preschool garden so the children are enjoying watching them bud more and more each week and now that we are beginning to have a few nice days, they are enjoying hunting for bugs in the garden with our new magnifying glasses.
