Christmas Fun

What a wonderful last few weeks of term we are having. Although we have not been able to hold a Christmas nativity this year we have been busy teaching all the children lots of Christmas songs, we will be filming them all singing this week to send home to their families.

The children have done so many wonderful Christmas craft activities this term, including making stockings to hang on our fireplace display. They have also made Christmas puddings and Christmas tree paper plates, Christmas cards and melted snowmen paintings. They also all enjoyed playing in our roleplay area which was Santa’s workshop. There was a sleigh, Santa’s sack which they could fill with pretend presents and cuddly toys and the workbench and tools were there for making more toys. This week we will make mince pies for the children to take home. We will also be having a phonics party on Thursday with robot reg. We hope all of children have a fabulous Christmas!
